Teams

Helping teams work better together.

Help your team work through the issues affecting its effectiveness, relationships and results.

We work on communication, trust, roles, accountability and alignment, including the friction that builds across functions or during change.

An engagement can include facilitated work on real issues, team coaching, behavioural or EQ assessments, and development over time. We start with what your team needs to do differently.

What your team needs help with

Start with the situations affecting your work.

Team effectiveness & alignment

Agree on priorities, decisions and what success requires from the team. Surface the issues slowing progress and decide what needs to change.

Communication & behavioural styles

Understand different ways of communicating, making decisions and responding under pressure. Use behavioural insights to work more effectively with one another.

Trust, candour & difficult conversations

Address recurring friction and the conversations people avoid. Practise raising concerns, listening and challenging ideas while protecting working relationships.

Roles, accountability & silos

Clarify responsibilities and dependencies across roles and functions. Work through handoffs, competing expectations and shared accountability.

Working agreements, culture & values

Agree how you meet, communicate, make decisions and follow through. Translate values into everyday behaviour and revisit agreements as the work changes.

New leader & team assimilation

Help a new leader and team understand one another, clarify expectations and establish how they will work together.

How we work with teams

Start with the team’s work

Agree on the situations that need attention and what progress would look like. The team’s mandate, relationships and current pressures shape the engagement.

Facilitate real team issues

Use workshops and facilitated sessions to work through decisions, friction or difficult conversations. Build working agreements around the team’s actual responsibilities.

Coach the team over time

Team coaching helps people notice and change how they work together. A series of sessions allows time to try new behaviours, review commitments and address recurring patterns.

Use assessments with a purpose

Behavioural and EQ assessments, including Dynamix and EQ-i 2.0 where useful, can deepen understanding. Debriefs connect the findings to communication, collaboration and the issues the team is working on.

Build development into everyday work

Combine focused sessions, practice and follow-up over several months when the need calls for it. Revisit agreements and adjust the support as the team develops.
