Andy Martiniello is an accomplished Executive Coach with over 25 years of experience in business development and team leadership. Beginning his coaching journey in 2007, Andy has been actively practicing as a coach for the past 8 years, specializing in team and leadership programs. 

With a background as a sales professional and leader spanning two decades, Andy brings a wealth of experience to his coaching practice. His recent role as the global Head of Growth for Strategyzer, a leading Swiss innovation consultancy, introduced him to a world of strategy and innovation tools, which he regularly incorporates into his coaching approach.

Andy is a proud member of Marshall Goldsmith's 100 Coaches community and sits on the ICF Toronto Board as the Director of Corporate Outreach.
