This one-hour discussion panel will focus on the needs and challenges of a multi-generational workforce. An interactive experience exploring themes of preferences and drivers with regards to work environment, collaboration, leadership and professional development.

Guests will explore each age group:

• Gen Z (born 1997-2012)
• Millennials (born 1981-1996)
• Gen X (born 1965-1980)
• Baby Boomers (born 1946-1964)

By including guests from different age groups, the panel will be able to explore the perspectives and experiences of each generation, and discuss ways to bridge generational differences in the workplace.
